We collect your name and email address when you voluntarily submit a form on this site — for example, to receive a free resource, a sample book chapter, or our newsletter.
We do not collect payment information directly. Purchases made through Payhip or Barnes & Noble are governed by those companies' own privacy policies.
This site may use standard web analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate. This data is anonymized and not linked to individual identities.
We use your email address to:
· Send you the free resource or content you requested
· Occasionally send you innovation insights, new articles, or updates about the book and related offerings
· Respond to questions or requests you send us directly
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
We do not sell, rent, lend, trade, or otherwise share your name or email address with any third party, for any purpose, ever. Your information stays with us and is used only to communicate with you directly.
We use a third-party email service provider, MailerLite.com. to manage our mailing list and send emails. Your email address is stored in MailerLite's system, but they are contractually prohibited from using it for any purpose other than delivering our messages to you.
This site may set standard cookies for analytics purposes (to understand how visitors navigate the site) and for functionality (such as remembering form state). No cookies are used to track you across other websites or to serve advertising.
We retain your email address on our mailing list until you ask us to remove it. If you unsubscribe, your address is removed promptly and will not be used again.
You have the right to:
· Ask what information we hold about you
· Request that we correct inaccurate information
· Ask us to delete your information from our records
· Unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time
To exercise any of these rights, simply send an email to contact@gofromnowtonext.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and honor your request without question.
This site contains links to third-party sites such as Payhip and Barnes & Noble. Once you follow a link to another site, this privacy policy no longer applies. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any site that collects your personal information.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We will not retroactively change how we handle information already collected without notice.
To be removed from our mailing list, or with any question about your data, email us at contact@gofromnowtonext.com. We will remove you promptly and without question.
